Light It Up Blue Movement: Autism Awareness Nail Art

Hello gorgeous! :)

Today is the International Autism Awareness Day. I decided to also participate this year in the Light It Up Blue movement by making a nail art which will help spread out the word to anyone who looks at them! :) It's a small thing I know, but my intentions are right!

Hoje é o Dia Internacional da Consciencialização para o Autismo. Nesse sentido, decidi juntar-me mais uma vez ao Movimento Light It Up Blue com uma nail art alusiva ao tema. Sei que é pouco, mas as minhas intenções são correctas e passam por espalhar a mensagem a qualquer pessoa que veja esta nail art :)

I started by creating a blue background by doing a gradient using a make up sponge and piCture pOlish Swagger, Super Pérola Oceano and Kiko 336 Electric Blue. Then I freehanded a lamp and placed inside a small puzzle piece which was made with the stamping decal technique from the same puzzle image stamped across the other nails. This design belongs to DRK-D plate.

Comecei por criar um fundo azul com esponja de make up e os vernizes piCture pOlish Swagger, Super Pérola Oceano e Kiko 336 Electric Blue. Depois desenhei a lâmpada e por dentro coloquei uma peça de puzzle; esta veio do carimbo de puzzle da placa DRK-D que está nas restantes unhas e foi feito com a técnica de adesivos de carimbo.

Super Pérola Paz e Amor

Olá babes! :)

It's friday! Are you ready for your weekend? I bet you are haha :) Today and against my plan, I'm going to share what's on my nails right now. Why? because I like it very much :p

Preparadas para o fim de semana? Aposto que sim! ;) Coisa rara, hoje vou-vos mostrar o que estou a usar. Gosta tanto desta nail art que decidi escrever sobre ela já já :p

The beautiful lilac polish is Super Pérola Paz e Amor from the Brazilian collection Locomotiva. It was a winter collection released last year but I believe the color is timeless :) It has a soft and very discreet purple shimmer through it and the formula is super pigmented, almost one coater! I picked my stamping design to match the lovely and warming lilac shade, of course lol :p The peach stamping polish is Mundo de Uñas Peach and the flower design from BM314 plate.

Este belo verniz lilás é o Super Pérola Paz e Amor da colecção Locomotiva. A colecção é de Inverno, mas para mim a cor é intemporal. É doce e aconchegante. Tem um leve shimmer roxo, mas fica muito discreto nas unhas. Surpreendeu-me a formula que é super pigmentada (quase one coater) e fácil de aplicar, se bem que ligeiramente espessa. O desenho de nail art foi escolhido para manter a fofíce (pois claro!) xD O tom pêssego fica tão bem sobre lilás ^^ O verniz de carimbo foi o MdU Peach e o desenho da placa BM314.
