Today I bring you the full Revel Nail Fall collection swatches! :D It contains 16 gel polish shades, hence this post will be a bit long. However, I rather do it like this and have all colors in a single place ;) It was soon after I started swatching them that I broke a nail, therefore I waited until it was grown back to continue them. In the meantime, I had the chance to really wear some shades for several days and you have already seen a couple nail arts :) I also previously covered the Revel Nail application, removal and durability test, so swing by to check them out.
Hoje trago-vos swatches da colecção completa de Outono 2014 da Revel Nail! :D Esta é completa por 16 cores, por isso o post é longo. No entanto, prefiro ter todas as cores juntas num só lugar. Quando comecei a rever a colecção parti uma unha, de modo que esperei até esta crescer para continuar. Entretanto, tive oportunidade de testar algumas cores por alguns que se traduziram em nail arts que já mostrei anteriormente :) Revi anteriormente a aplicação, remoção e durabilidade desta marca, por isso não deixem de ver estes passos.
Like mentioned, the Revel Nail collection is composed of 16 shades, 10 cremes and 6 shimmers. Overall, I found I really love it because there's Summer to Fall transition shades and gorgeous dark Fall shades too! Not to mention the shimmers *-*! The formula was almost identical for each gel polish. It is fluid but doesn't flood cuticles, I love it! The brush is flat and soft, just how I like it :) It is also a bit large and barely fits my pinky, but I managed. I experienced no shrinking or pooling at all with all shades.
Como referi, a colecção de Outono da Revel Nail é composta por 16 cores - 10 vernizes gel cremosos e 6 shimmers. Adorei a colecção porque tem um pouco de tudo, desde tons de transição do Verão para o Outono, como tons escuros Outonais maravilhosos. Para não falar nos shimmers *-*! A formula é similar entre todos. Esta é fácil de aplicar e fluida, mas não escorre para as cutículas. O pincel é achatado (como eu gosto) e possui cerdas macias; mas é ligeiramente largo e mal cabe no meu dedo mindinho. Não verifiquei encolhimento de nenhuma cor.
Lets start with Revel Nail Incline. This is an olive green based gel polish filled with golden shimmer. I was surprised I liked it so much because normally it isn't a color I like on myself. Pictured is three coats for best nail coverage.
Comecemos com o verniz gel Revel Nail Incline. Possui um tom base verde azeitona, completamente preenchido com shimmer dourado. Este tipo de verdes não são a minha praia, mas por acaso gostei bastante de o usar :) Acho que a melhor cobertura é obtida com três camadas.
Then we have Revel Nail Supernova. Another one I really like. Supernova is a dark purple shimmer which requires three coats for full nail coverage.
Agora temos o Revel Nail Supernova. Gostei bastante deste verniz gel *-*; possui um tom roxo escuro com shimmer também roxo. Total cobertura com três camadas.
Also purple, but clearer than Supernova is Revel Nail Queen. It also contains purple shimmer and I got away with two nice even coats :) Sorry about the dark pictures, my camera freaked out.
Também roxo é o Revel Nail Queen, mas mais claro e menos vampy que o Supernova. Contém shimmer roxo e cobre as unhas com duas camadas. Peço desculpa pelas fotos escuras; a minha câmera amedrontou-se.
Next is Revel Nail Passion, which has a pink leaning mauve color that I loved! Passion is quite pigmented and almost one coater. I did two.
De seguida temos o Passion (que realmente me apaixonou). O seu tom é rosa com subtons malva; achei que não ia gostar mas enganei-me redondamente :p É um verniz cremoso bem pigmentado que cobriu as unhas com duas camadas.
Revel Nail Gardner is the other pink of the collection, but this one I much more bright with a classic touch. Great pigmentation and a two coats for full nail coverage.
O outro verniz gel rosa da colecção é o Revel Nail Gardner, mas este é mais claro e clássico. Excelente pigmentação e cobertura em duas camadas.
What is a Fall collection without a red? Mind you that Revel Nail Lava is stunning!! It has golden shimmer in a red base. Super love! Two coats for nail coverage.
O que seria de uma colecção de Outono sem um vermelho? E aqui o Lava é soberbo! Possui base vermelha que lembra a folhagem Outonal e shimmer dourado lindo! Ainda por cima, cobre com duas camadas *-*
Bonfire is hard to describe. I consider it to be brown with strong orange burnt undertones. The color isn't my cup of tea, but application was great: two coats.
De seguida temos o Revel Nail Bonfire que é uma cor difícil de descrever. Parece-me ser castanho com subtom laranja queimado. A cor pessoalmente não me diz nada, mas a aplicação foi óptima e em duas camadas.
Revel Nail Chaste is one of two nudes of this Fall collection. I consider it to be a cream nude which looks lovely in my skin tone. I applied three coats but if you don't have a strong VNL, then you can apply two :) Also, it is a bit streaky.
O verniz Revel Nail Chaste é um de dois nudes da colecção de Outono. Considero-o um nude beige cremoso. Apliquei três camadas porque tenho pontas brancas evidentes, caso contrário, safam-se bem com duas ;) O Chaste mancha ligeiramente.
The other nude is Fawn. I LOVE it! I actually love both nudes, but Fawn has this brown/grey tone that matches really well with my skintone <3 Two coats for this baby to cover the entire nail.
O outro nude da colecção é o Fawn. AMEI! Na verdade, amei os dois nudes, mas o Fawn tem um tom nude cinza/acastanhado que combina tão bem com o meu tom de pele <3 Foram duas camadas para cobrir as unhas.
Now we have another shimmer which is Revel Nail Solid. I love golds and this one is gorgeous! It has a gold base filled with golden shimmer. The type of shimmer in this Revel Nail collection is really wow, super gorgeous! Solid is a 2/3 coater because I applied 3 coats in a couple of nails.
Adoro dourados... e morri com o Solid, coisa mais linda! Este tem base dourada repleto de shimmer dourado incrível! <3 Apliquei três camadas numas unhas e duas noutras.
Revel Nail Harvest is a bright yellow cream. I needed four coats for full nail coverage due to my VNL and also is is a bit streaky. I don't think it looks good on me, but is is a pretty color.
Agora temos o verniz gel Revel Nail Harvest. É um amarelo vibrante que infelizmente acho que não combina comigo, apesar de ser super bonito. Precisei de aplicar 4 camadas não só devido às minhas pontas brancas, mas também porque a cor manchou um pouco.
Blarney is a muted green with silver shimmer. This is smoother than the previous shimmer ones, but under the sun it comes alive! I found it has a more sheer formula, but applies in three coats and does not flood cuticles.
Blarney é um verniz gel verde entristecido com shimmer prata. O shimmer é mais fininho em comparação com o dourado presentes em muitos vernizes nesta colecção, mas ao sol ganha vida e fica incrível! Achei a formula algo aguada, mas cobriu com três camadas e não escorreu para as cutículas.
Revel Nail Matrix is the other green of the collection and one I really like! :) It is a bright forest green cream gel polish which covers in three coats. Again, you can get away with two coats if you don't have a strong VNL.
O outro verde da colecção é o revel Nail Matrix. É um verniz gel cremoso com tom verde floresta claro. Adoro! Apliquei três camadas, mas se não têm a ponta branca muito evidente, duas é o suficiente.
Off to the greys we go with Revel Nail Mylestone. Fantastic pigmentation and a two coater cream. Perfect for those rainy days... <3
Passamos aos cinzentos da colecção, começando pelo Mylestone. É um tom cinza escuro que dá vontade de usar em dias chuvosos (como hoje). Cobre com duas camadas <3
Now Revel Nail Flynstonne is a much clear grey with strong blue undertones. It looks very discreet and elegant. Two coats for full nail coverage. Love it! :)
Já o Revel Nail Flynstone é um verniz gel cinzento mais claro, com subtom azul bastante evidente. Adoro! Fica elegante e discreto nas unhas, além de ser bem pigmentado e cobrir as unhas com duas camadas :)
Finally, we have Honeymoon! The name says it all hahaha! Honeymoon has this gorgeous bright blue shade that makes me think of blue skies and vacations... ahhh! <3 It is a two coat cream gel polish.
Por fim temos o Honeymoon. Realmente, o nome transporta-me imediatamente para umas férias paradisíacas a dois... bom, a cor também! :p É um tom azul vibrante que lembra o céu em férias... ahh <3 O Honeymoon é um verniz gel cremoso bem pigmentado, que cobre as unhas com duas camadas.
Overall, I'm super pleased with the collection! The shimmers are to die for and the cremes are quite pigmented :) My favorite is Fawn but I'm blown away by so many others! What's your favorite?? No geral, estou completamente in love com esta colecção! Os shimmers são brutais e os cremosos bem pigmentados <3 O meu verniz gel favorito é sem dúvida o Fawn (oh nude do meu coração!), mas há tantos outros que não lhe ficam nada atrás *-* Os vernizes gel Revel Nail estão disponíveis através do website da marca, sendo que enviam internacionalmente :) Em breves momentos tenho uma GRANDE surpresa para partilhar convosco, por isso fiquem atentas! :D Beijinhos,
